I want to stream a dating sim live, but on the website I stream for, it can't have nudity which means a lot of the dating sims that are known can't be used. Anybody know of any?Are there any dating sims without nudity?

There are tons. Any dating sim released for console is nudity-free, and almost any dating sim originally written in English is as well. For that matter, many games which got console ports then got those console versions backported to the PC, so they have non-nude versions as well, and some games never had H to begin with.
If you want a Japanese-written game for the PC with no adult content your best choices are probably Kira*Kira the all-ages edition (available at MangaGamer), Crescendo, or Yo-Jin-Bo (which is for girls). Ever 17 is a fabulous game but it's hard to get copies legally these days.
Of course, these are all visual novels. If you specifically want a *dating sim*, the best ones to look for are Shira Oka, Summer Session, and The Flower Shop (summer edition).
