they will automatically become best friends however if you have the freetime expansion pack when ur sims grows from a teenager to adult you can pick 3 of your closest friends to grow with you? i think they become just friends but wait for the other one to grow up...u can also change ther age to anything[unless they r a baby]you press ctrl+shift+c and a box will come up and u type un `help and a lits of cheat codes will come up and look and there will be one saying setage or something so type that in and after that click on the person u wanna change and click set age and select an age for them,u can also turn off aging so they dont age at all!!!
