The closest thing you'll find for the PSP in English is Brooktown High unfortunately
consoles are pretty crap for visual novels because they're too niche to get ported and if it's a console you can't patch it so even if someone makes a translation patch you can't use it. if you want to play stuff like clannad stick to the PC
