There are lots, but almost all of them are Japan-only. (Also, the PS2 doesn't allow porn, so you don't need to worry about accidentally getting a sex one.)
The only dating sim available in English for the PS2 is "Sakura Wars", which is half dating sim and half giant robot strategy combat.
