I was wondering if there was any english dating sims for wii, ds or ps2?
if there is a really good one, possibly for PCc as well?
They don't necessarily have to be an otome game (girl date guy)

There are a few for DS or iphone. There aren't any for wii at all, not in english. Most of them are available on the PC because it's easier to make games there. (It's also easier for fans to make their OWN translations for games on PC than on other consoles)
